Account Deletion Request
We understand that you may wish to delete your CalorAI account and associated data. We respect your privacy and your right to be forgotten under GDPR and other data protection regulations.
What Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Your profile information (name, email, username)
- Personal health data (weight, height, birthdate, gender, activity level, goals)
- All food logs and meal history
- Uploaded food images
- Nutrition tracking history and reports
- Subscription and billing information
- All preferences and settings
Important Information
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your data, meal history, or any other information associated with your account.
- Processing Time: Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days
- Active Subscriptions: Please cancel any active subscriptions before requesting deletion
- Data Backup: We recommend downloading your data before deletion if you wish to keep a copy
- Anonymized Data: Some anonymized and aggregated data may be retained for analytics and research purposes, as mentioned in our Privacy Policy
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your CalorAI account, please follow these steps:
Method 1: Email Request
- Send an email to calorai@intellinovasolutions.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days
Method 2: In-App Request (Coming Soon)
We are working on adding an in-app account deletion feature. This will allow you to delete your account directly from the CalorAI app settings. This feature will be available in an upcoming update.
Alternatives to Account Deletion
Before deleting your account, you might want to consider these alternatives:
- Temporary Deactivation: Contact us to temporarily deactivate your account instead
- Data Export: Download your data for your records before deletion
- Privacy Settings: Adjust your privacy settings to limit data collection
- Contact Support: Reach out if you have concerns we can address without deletion
After Deletion
Once your account deletion is complete:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- You will no longer be able to log in to CalorAI
- Your data will be permanently removed from our active systems
- You can create a new account in the future, but previous data will not be recoverable
